Confidence
Improve your confidence levels, childhood conditioning, negative past experiences,
people running you down, lack of self belief in your capabilities, how you
are feeling, all can influence confidence levels, the aim is to help you to
rebuild your confidence through helping you to feel good about yourself and
to develop your self beliefs. Learn new skills, develop yourself and learn
how not to buy into fears but instead use NLP techniques to help you to feel
more fearless, so that you attract positive outcomes.
Self
esteem
Self esteem, you are a wonderful person, you are unique, you have your talents
and abilities, let us check out your qualities and strengths to remind you
how good you really are and then let us use coaching skills and NLP techniques
to develop areas that you would like or may need help with.
Creating
positive thoughts, patterns and beliefs
I truly love this aspect of coaching because it has worked so well for me
and my clients. When faced with challenging situations we use NLP techniques
to face them positively. We look at negative patterns and gently create positive
patterns. We remove negative thoughts and beliefs and practise positive replacements,
until your subconscious automatically brings up positive thoughts. How this
works is that what you think about, you attract into your life (quantum physics,
scientifically proven) positivity attracts positivity.
Positive
perceptions of yourself and others
If we perceive ourselves in a negative way, people will pick this up, we will
develop self belief and a positive outlook on life. If you are struggling
with relationships, we can shift perceptual positions and put ourselves into
the shoes of the person/s we are struggling with, see their standpoint, then
we can shift perceptual positions again and become a complete outside observer.
This helps us to see what is really going on from a fair viewpoint, then we
can take 51% responsibility and create an action plan on how to change this
situation positively, it does work!
Helping
you to feel really good about yourself
Health, diet, nutrition, exercise, fun and hobbies, romance, learning to love
yourself, self growth, relaxation, becoming assertive. My Nutritional therapy
and coaching skills are used to help you to feel good about yourself. Develop
your life and feel fulfilled.
Personal
growth
Personal growth is of great value to everyone, we all feel great when we conquer
a challenge, learn how to cope with difficult situations, learn how to not
let those situations take over our lives. Instead we develop ourselves and
live a balanced, varied, empowered life.
Workplace
growth
Dog eat dog is not the right way to survive in business these days, this does
not serve your values and develop you spiritually. Instead you can learn some
coaching techniques to help your workplace growth, to help others at work,
develop yourself personally, learn to trust and be wise. People will like
you more, want to help you more, will respect you more. By handing out responsibilities
and tasks that you are holding on to for fear of losing your position, you
are freeing yourself up to develop your skills further and focus on what you
are very good at and enjoy. This is the way forward in business, the old corporate
culture of dog eat dog, protect your territory is not the way forward in the
business environment. With external competitors, perhaps you just need to
look outside the box for fresh ideas on how to win and keep your business.

you to a healthier way of eating, breaking negative food patterns and using

I now offer healthy cookery workshops, demonstrating delicious vegetarian/vegan
meals, you get to taste the food too before you go off and try it for yourself.
I also offer personal one to one lessons. From: humus variations, curries,
tabboulehs, soups, salads, casserole ideas, to my popular sunset shepherd’s
pie.
Weight
balance
There are so many diets out there now it just gets confusing, I personally
do not believe in dieting as from my experience as a Nutritional therapist
I have observed that dieting can lead to other health problems e.g. cutting
out fats can affect hormones later on. Instead my approach is to help you
to develop a healthy eating program and provide you with the correct nutrition
so that your body starts to function as it should do. When your body is providing
you with the correct nutrients it can start to function properly e.g. an under
or over functioning thyroid can lead to weight problems and affects energy
levels. The right oils containing essential fatty acids and other nutrients
could help to rebalance the thyroid in turn helping weight balance. Besides
many of my clients tell me that they find my recipes delicious and they do
not miss the fatty, unhealthy foods. There are lots of recipes.
Fun/enjoyable
exercise
Exercise does not have to be boring, tedious or strenuous, there are many
different fun, enjoyable and even relaxing ways to exercise e.g. yoga, or
jive or belly dancing, walking in the countryside, swimming, salsa etc.
Career
change/promotion
You may be considering going for a job promotion, but feel afraid or not sure
for some reason, you may feel sure you want the job and need some help with
getting on the right track. We can take a look at the wider picture and you
can then make your choices as to the best way forward.
Problem,
personal and work relationships
Low self esteem, fears and insecurities can affect our personal and workplace
relationships. By changing our approach it is surprising how that in turn
changes other people’s approach.

Find ways to become more organised, you can save time and generate more business.
How to Network
Networking can be an effective way of increasing your business, the secret
of success is to help show interest and help people, in turn help comes back
to you and of course not forgetting to follow up.
Friends
and family
Perhaps you are working too hard and have little time for family and friends,
this may not serve your values and you won’t feel happy. Learn how to
create balance between the two. Develop a really loving close relationship
with your children, how to get them to listen and vice versa.
Romance/partner
After divorce we sometimes feel like we need a new image and that we want
to shed the old skin and develop a newer, shinier, fresher skin. Inside we
want to feel confident about ourselves and feel happy from within. You are
more likely to attract romance and the right partner if you feel confident
about yourself, if you lead a fulfilling life, whereby you are independent,
satisfied with your work, have friends, hobbies and other fulfilling activities
going on in your life. People who exude a natural happiness, confidence and
positivity are going to attract that back to them e.g. why are unlucky people
unlucky and lucky people lucky? Because they believe they are and therefore
attract back to them what they believe.
If you are needy because your life is not empowered and because of low self esteem, insecurities, etc. the chances are you may attract another partner who may persecute you and that may have been one of the reasons why you left your previous partner! or one who may rescue you, but other problems may manifest because they cannot rescue you forever. It is uncanny, but I have seen addictive personalities attract addictive personalities, it is as though they feel secure within the insecurity and feel that the other will understand them, but this is not healthy because both may not move on for the better. So by becoming a happier, healthier, positive, more empowered person, is what will help to attract you the right partner.
Fun
and hobbies
Is your life full of work and no fun? It is important to have life balance
for us to feel happy and complete. Perhaps you need fun and need to spend
more time with your children, you can discover ways in which to satisfy both
areas. Maybe you need separate fun and hobbies away from work and family,
again you can explore your options.
Physical
environment
Fed up with where you are living? or do you have to move, let us explore what
is important to you so that you can aim to find the right physical environment
to live in. Or maybe you work from home and do not like the work setting and
would like to change it, so that you feel happy in your physical environment.
