NutritionWise -- session one:
The origin of disease – the true cause of disease! the relationship between foods and ill health, how certain foods can lead to acute illnesses and eventually chronic illness.
The typical Western diet – the true harm of: sugar, salt, fats, refined processed foods and modern farming.
Dehydration – what happens to the body when it becomes dehydrated? The importance of drinking water and how this simple action can be one of the greatest healers! After all our bodies constitutes 78% water, and our body systems cannot function without it. Why water alone is not enough to hydrate us.
The cause of stress – how stress affects not just the physical body but the mental and emotional body too. Continual stress can lead to many health problems including adrenal exhaustion/chronic fatigue due to nutritional resources being used up to counter balance the stress mechanism. Did you know that the right diet could dramatically reduce stress, so that external stress has less of an affect upon you.
Why low fat dieting doesn’t work long term and may even be harmful. Fad diets – why it is best to take a healthy balanced approach to weight balance. By supporting your body with the right team (nutrients) they do their best to keep your body in balance. How to lose weight naturally and eat as much food as you want.
The healing power of Oils – Essential fatty acids and why they are very important for good health, fats that harm and oils that heal: our cells, brains, nervous system and endocrine system rely on ingredients in the right oils to function well.
Allergies and food intolerances – the culprit foods and why we are susceptible to allergies and food intolerances.
Light and colour – why do we feel so good when the sun is shining, light is an energy source. The right foods can help you to feel like every day is a sunny day. Even ‘The New Scientist’ has published that our cells attracts colour. I explain why.
Why you feel the way you do – are you starting to create a picture as to why you: wake up feeling un-refreshed upon waking? occasionally, feel unmotivated to go to work? why during the day you suffer low blood sugar slumps and need chocolate, or crisps or coffee to take control to the detriment of your health? why it is a struggle sometimes to feel positive, why you become ill? Hopefully you now have a much better understanding, which is why.....................................
In session two -- we are going to take back our power – instead wake up feeling: refreshed upon waking, motivated to go to work, creative, have plenty of energy, help the healing process or to alleviate your health conditions, feel positive, attract positive relationship and work outcomes as the right eating programme can help you to feel good on all levels!

NutritionWise -- session two:
The healing power of oils – essential fatty acids (EFA’s), why they are ‘essential’ to add to your diet, their healing powers and how they help weight problems and eating disorders: our cells, brains, nervous system and endocrine system rely on these vital ingredients to function well.
Unchallenging healing grains -- the best rice and gluten free cous cous substitutes, how to make them interesting to eat, where to buy, how to create delicious salads with them. Why spelt bread is a great substitute for wheat bread.
Healthy proteins – which meats are healthy? Other healthy protein options, that are good for weight loss.
Eat plenty of salad and vegetables – making them appetising, enjoy the vitality.

So plan, set goals, put a motivator in place and take action.
