As an option during follow up Nutritional therapy consultations, Barbara is happy to demonstrate how to create her healthy recipes, which are vegetarian/vegan and predominantly organic.
Naturally you get to taste the food too! we then set an action plan for you to go away and make the dish. This is done at a gradual pace so that you progressively move over to a healthier way of eating, which becomes your new routine.
Barbara may work with some NLP techniques to help you to move any negative food obstacles out of the way and take on a positive belief system around your new eating program.
